Description
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help our teams deliver high-quality software solutions while driving our transition from a monolithic architecture to a microservices-based platform. If you thrive on enabling teams to perform at their best, fostering collaboration, and guiding organisations through complex change, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
Lead all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams stay focused and adhere to Agile best practices.
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering self-organisation and continuous improvement.
Remove blockers and drive delivery by connecting workflows across multiple teams.
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritise work, and align delivery with organisational goals.
Cultivate a collaborative, transparent environment that promotes open communication and trust.
Track and analyse team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive improvements.
Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, DevSecOps, product, support, and executive leadership.
What you’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Analytical mindset for measuring performance and making data-informed decisions.
Comfortable switching between servant leadership and delivery-driving approaches as needed.
